To All Whom It May Concern.
Whereas John Phillips, guardian of Norman Phillips, has applied to me for letters of dismission from said guardianship.
These are, therefore, to cite and admonish all persons interested to be and appear at my office within the time prescribed by law and show cause, if any they have, why said letters should not be granted to the applicant.
Given under my hand and official signature, this 25th January, 1867.
JOHN McLEOD, Ordinary.
