GEORGIA, MONTGOMERY COUNTY.
Whereas, by reason of no person having made application for letters of administration on the estate of John B. Phillips, deceased, said estate is unrepresented.
These are therefore to cite and admonish all persons concerned to be and appear at my office within the time prescribed by law and file their objections, if any they have, why administration of said estate should not be vested in the Clerk of the Superior Court, or some other fit and proper person.
