GEORGIA, WILKINSON COUNTY.
Whereas William M. Phillips makes application for letters of administration , de bonis non, on the estate of Gilbert Phillips, late of said county, deceased.
This is therefore to cite all persons concerned to shew cause, if any they have, within the time prescribed by law, why letters of administration, de bonis non, on said estate should not be granted to the applicant.
