To his wife’s sister’s son, Nathl Smith, to his brother, Mr. John Summers, minister, and his chd Samuel, Elizabeth, Mary, Abigail, and to chd of his sister Smith,- to Faben’s (?) chd John, Joseph, Daniel and Annis, to Mary Parker, and sister Elizabeth Phillips of Taunton, to James Phillips of Taunton and his two sons, to cousin James Walker’s children of Taunton, to the church of Taunton.
