Rule Nisi for Dismission.
In Troup Inferior Court, sitting as a Court of Ordinary, March Term, 1836. Present their honors Wiley Wilson, Sankey T. Johnson, and John S. Lewis, Justices.
UPON the application of William Hopson, guardian of Louisa B. Hopson, (now Louisa B. Phillips), orphan of Hardy Hopson, deceased, for a Rule Nisi to be dismissed from the guardianship of said orphan, and is fully appearing to the court that he has fully settled with his ward: it is ordered by the court, that he be dismissed from said guardianship, unless cause be shown to the contrary. And it is further ordered, that this rule be published forty days, at least, before the granting of letters of dismission, in the Columbus Enquirer, and that all persons concerned do file their objections, if any they have, against said rule being made absolute in terms of the law.
