Executors’ Sale. - Will be sold on the first Tuesday of January next, before the Court house door in the town of Talbotton, Talbot county, within the legal hours of sale, part of Lot No. 26 in the 17th dist of originally Muscogee not Talbot county, being 75 acres, more or less, and known as the Foster place. Sold as the property of Stephen T. Phillips, deceased. Terms made known on the day of sale.
