WILL BE SOLD, in the town of Cuthbert, on the first Tuesday of February next, between the usual hours of sale the following property to wit:
Thomas Watts’ interest in the Smathecajah Mills, where he, the said Watts resides, levied on to satisfy one fi fa issued from Morgan Superior court in favor of John Phillips Guardian of Jesse T. Warren Minor of Jesse Warren deceased.

(2) FOUR MONTHS after date application will be made to the honorable Inferior Court of Troup county, when sitting for ordinary purposes, for leave to sell two Negroes, Edmon, a fellow, and Amy, a woman, as the property of Jesse T.S. Warren, minor, sold for the benefit of said minor.
