Sheriff’s Sale.
WILL BE SOLD, on the first Tuesday in January next, at the Court house in Greene county, between the usual hours,
350 acres of land (more or less) in Greene County, on the waters of Town creek adjoining Stocks and others as the property of Joseph Fitzpatrick, Adm’r. of William Fitzpatrick, dec’d to satisfy sundry executions in favor of Joseph Phillips and John Stroud; levied and returned to me by a Constable.
