To all whom it may concern, greeting:
G.W.F. Phillips having made application in due form of law to be appointed permanent administrator upon the estate of his father, Washington Phillips, lately deceased, Baldwin County, Georgia, notice is hereby given that said application will be heard at the regular term of the Court of Ordinary in and for said county, to be held on the first Monday in July, 1910, and anyone having objection to the appointment of said applicant as permanent administrator can make the same known at said term of court.
