Names of Officers and Men Missing From Torpedoed U.S.S. Buena Ventura

The Navy Department has received dispatches giving the names of those reported missing after the sinking of the U.S.S. Buena Ventura, sunk by an enemy submarine on September 16, off the coast of Spain.
