File No. 21957 (Mrs.) Cynthia B. PHILLIPS, Van Alstyne, Collin Co. Texas
Date of Application: 30 June 1913. Widow of Joseph PHILLIPS, who died 2 March 1904 in Oklahoma, where he had gone for his health. Married 15 June 1872 in Collin Co., Texas. She is 72 years old; born in Tennessee. Has resided in Collin Co. and Texas for 50 years. Husband was drawing a pension. Witnesses: J. L. GREER, T.B. WILSON. No property.
On outside of packet: Dead 11-27-25.
