Feb. 11,1875. CHAPTER 46.—An act granting a Pension to Emily Phillips, widow of Martin Phillips.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Pension to Emily States of America, in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emily Phillips, widow of Martin Phillips, late a corporal of Company II, Fifty-Sixth Ohio Volunteer Infantry, upon evidence already furnished the Commissioner of Pensions in her claim, number one hundred and ninety-six thousand four hundred and fifty-one. Approved, February 11, 1875.
