Feb. 11,1875. CHAPTER 59.—An act granting a Pension to Rachael W. Phillips, widow of Gilbert Phillips.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Pension to Ra- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Secretary of Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rachael W. Phillips, widow of Gilbert Phillips, late a private in Company D, Thirty-Eighth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteers, transferred to company A, Twentieth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay her a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 11,1875.
