(1) WILL be sold at the court-house in the town of Monticello, Jasper county, on the first Tuesday in July next, within the usual hours of sale, the following property, to wit:
202 1-2 acres of land, more or less, where upon Jeremiah Davis now lives, adjoining lands of McClendinn, and others, and in the 12th or 17th district of originally Baldwin, now Jasper county and on the waters of the Ookmulgee river, levied on as the property of George D.F. Medlock, to satisfy an execution in favor of E.N. Hascall, for the use of Avington F. Smith vs. Thomas T. Walker, George D.F. Medlock and Zachariah Phillips, securities.
Levied on and returned to me by Vallentine White, constable.
