In Bankruptcy.

JOHN MARTIN PHILLIPS, of the county of Monroe, farmer, a Bankrupt, having filed his petition, praying that a full discharge from his debts may be decreed and allowed, and a certificate thereof be granted to him - Notice is hereby given to all creditors who have proved their debts, and other persons in interest, to appear at the Court house in the city of Savannah, on the fifteenth day of September next, at 11 o’clock, A.M., to show cause why such discharge and certificate shall not be granted.
