DINNER TO BALDWIN HUSSARS.
On Saturday, the 6th instant, the Baldwin Hussars assembled at this place in conformity with previous arrangements to partake of a public dinner, tendered them on their return from the service by the citizens of Milledgeville. At 2 o’clock, they sat down with a large number of citizens and invited guests (gentlemen who were in the service in Florida) to a dinner handsomely prepared for them at the GLOBE HOTEL - General D.B. MITCHELL, presiding, assisted by JAMES BONNER, Esq., Major WILLIAM Y. HANSELL and Mr. ISAAC NEWELL, as vice-presidents. After the removal of the cloth, the following sentiments were offered, and about 4 o’clock the festivities of the day closed, having been conducted with harmony and good order.

The foregoing volunteer toasts with many others of equal merit were drank, and received by all, with that fellow feeling which characterizes the people of Greene county.
