Trustee’s Sale.-By virtue of a decree and order passed by the Superior Court of Harris county, Ga., October Term, 1856, appointing Reuben L. Phillips Trustee for Frances F. Ligon:
Will be sold before the Court-house door, in the town of Hamilton, in said county, on the first Tuesday in January next, (1857), within the legal hours of sale, under and by virtue of said decree, the following negro slaves, to wit: Ermey about 17 years old, and Henry, a boy about 14 years of age, and Jane about 11 years old. Sold for the benefit of the said Frances F. Ligon and her child or children. Terms made known on the day of sale.
REUBEN L. PHILLIPS, Trustee.
December 2, 1856.
