Born in Harris County, Ga.
Wife of John T. Pearce.
Descendant of Peter Strozier.
Daughter of Jasper Newton Embry and Lucy Ann Philips, his wife.
Granddaughter of Ambrose Philips and Lydia Strozier, his wife.
Gr-granddaughter of Reuben Strozier and Pharaby Callaway, his wife.
Gr-gr-granddaughter of Peter Strozier and Margaret Dozier, his wife.
Peter Strozier (1748-1823) served, 1776, as a private under Col.
John Dooley at the Battle of "Kettle Creek." He was born in
Germany; died in Wilkes County, Ga.
