JASPER SHERIFF’S SALE.-Will be sold on the first Tuesday in April next, before the Court-House door in the town of Monticello, the following property, to wit:
At the same time and place will be sold, a negro woman named Hester, about 38 years of age; levied on as the property of N.A. Phillips, pointed out by her trustee, James Lawrence. Sold by a fi fa from Jasper Superior Court in favor of Michael Plymail vs. William S. Phillips and James Lawrence, Trustee for N.A. Phillips and children.
