Also brothers? William and Isaac Phillips were in Jasper and Clarke Cos., GA. Was Sarah Phillips the mother of Jonathan and Elbert? She deeded land in Anson Co. NC., to JOSEPH WHITE, with Jonathan and William Phillips as witnesses.
