Mr. Nathan Phillips, of Meriwether county, caught a three-legged ‘possum a few days ago, and upon examination, was convinced that he had never had any more. He says he couldn’t account for the animal having but three legs, but after thinking about the railroad being near by decided that it was a narrow gauge ‘possum.
