(3) If other researchers may have additional sources which supports this "Bluford Phillips" and his parents as stated, posting it would be welcomed. Other circumstantial evidence indicate that Bluford Phillips was probably a brother of William D. Phillips; and that they were probably sons of the Jonathan Phillips who died in Putnam Co. GA., as both administrated his estate. Additional information needed to confirm.
