WILL be sold at the court-house in the town of Monticello, Jasper county, on the first Tuesday in April next, within the usual hours of sale, the following property, to wit:
101 and 1-4 acres of land, whereupon Jonathan Griffith now lives, taken as his property, to satisfy a fi fa in favor of Cartley Johnson indorsee vs. Jonathan Griffith and Daniel Phillips his security, property pointed out by said Griffith.
