-Mrs. Phillips, of Marian county, has, it is supposed, fallen heir to an interest in the Patrick estate, valued at $80,000,000. The most of this property is situated in the United States, and although England claims the property, the case will be tried before our courts, and under our laws the heirs will have their rights more impartially examined into. Mr. Patrick died in this country without becoming naturalized, hence England’s claim. Mrs. Philips has employed Hon. B.B. Hinton of Americus, to look after her interests in this matter, which guarantees that her rights in the premises will be maintained.
