Sale of Lands.
By virtue of a decree, in Chancery, made by the Circuit Court of Pulaski county, State of Arkansas, at the April Term thereof, A.D. 1846, in a cause therein pending between Albert Epperson, Complainant, and Mulenbergh H. Beatty, Aaron K. Wooley, Thomas C. Brown, Bonaparte Phillips, Martin W. Dorriss, William E. Woodruff, Samuel M. Rutherford, Ezra M. Owen, A.M. Dodd, and J.P. Bolt, Defendants, I will, on the third Monday of October next, (A.D. 1846,) between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and three o'clock in the afternoon, at the courthouse door in the city of Little Rock, sell publicly by Auction, for ready money, to the highest bidder, by Auction, for ready money, to the highest bidder, the following described lands and all the interest of said defendants therein, or so much thereof, as may be necessary to satisfy and pay off the sum of two thousand six hundred dollars, decreed to be pad by said Beatty to said Epperson, and interest thereon and costs of said suit, to wit: the north east quarter of section fifteen, in township two north, range ten west, 160 acres, situated in said county of Pulaski; the southeast quarter of section four, in township eight north, range eleven west, 160 acres, situated in Conway county, in said state; the east half, and the east half of the north west quarter , and the east half of the southwest quarter of section seventeen, in township six, south, range five west, 480 acres; and the south east quarter, and the east half of the north east quarter, of section thirty four, in same township and range, 240 acres - all in Arkansas county; and the east half of the south east quarter of section twenty, 80 acres; the west half of the south west quarter and the west half of the north west quarter of section twenty eight, 160 acres, all in township one south, range fourteen west, and in Saline county.
All situated in said state, and said to be of superior quality.
