1909: TN - Caroline (Pippin) Phillips divcd. John Phillips was created by Mamie

PHILLIPS, Caroline
Was granted a divorce from John Phillips on 9 February 1909 for desertion. Caroline was given custody of the six minor children whose names and ages are set out in the bill in this cause. She was restored to her maiden name of Caroline Pippin. (Cum TN, C & M, F/591).
