Willie D. Phillips md. Lucile Lowry was created by Mamie

Jessie Brown Lowry, son of Louvisa and Asberry, married Cora Stafford. They have three children: (1) Irene Lowry (m. Hugh Wester - one son, Ronald); (2) Lucile Lowry (m. Willie D. Phillips - one daughter, Carolyn Ann); (3) Jack Lowry (m. Shirley McCay - two sons, Tommy Lynn and Johnny Mack).
