LAND FOR SALE.
The subscriber is offering for sale on liberal terms, at a price that cannot fail to suit a purchaser, a rich settlement of
OAK AND HICKORY LAND,
lying ten miles South of Muskegee, in Marion county Alabama, on the waters of Caleba Creek, well adapted to the growth of Cotton, containing 640 acres, with 160 in a good state of cultivation, in a choice neighborhood of society, convenient to a Church and a good Male and Female Academy. The place has been settled about six years, and has proved to be unquestionably healthy. If the settlement should be too large, I will divide it in any way to suit a purchaser; and Cotton will be taken in all the payments, at a price that may be agreed on, if preferred. For further particulars apply to the subscriber, on the premises.
