District of Georgia.

IN BANKRUPTCY. - In the manner of John Martin Phillips, of the county of Monroe, Farmer.
The above described John Martin Phillips, having this day, filed his petition praying that he may be declared a Bankrupt, and the Court having assigned the seventeenth day of October next, at 11 o’clock, A.M., at the Court House in the city of Savannah, for the hearing of the same; notice thereof is hereby given to all persons interested, that they may appear at the time and place aforesaid, and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
