GEORGIA, Greene county.
The following is believed to be put in my hands, but is lost or so mislaid that I cannot find it.
Jacobson Watts.

PERSONALLY appeared before me, Hardy Phillips, who being duly sworn, saith that he was possessed of a note of hand, given by James Bush and James Turner, to the administrators of William Jenkins dec’d, for seven dollars and twenty-five cents with interest from 1st December 1810, which note was endorsed to deponent by Lewis Perkins, and this deponent further saith, that he delivered said note to Jacobson Watts for collection.
