WALTON SHERIFF’S SALE.
On the first Tuesday in June next, WILL be sold before the court-house in Monroe, Walton county, within the usual hours of sale, the following property, to wit:

FIFTY acres of land whereon Charity Phillips now resides, adjoining lands of Clark & James and others: levied on as the property of Charity Phillips, to satisfy a fi fa issued out of a Justice’s Court of Walton county, in favor of Joseph T. Woodruff vs. C. Phillips. Levy made and returned to me by a constable.
WILLIS KILGORE, Sheriff.
April 30, 1841.
