TROUP LAND.
THE subscriber offers for sale five hundred and twenty acres of good land, in the fifth district of Troup county, on Lone Cane creek, with two hundred and fifty acres in cultivation, and eighty acres of fresh land; lies well, with a comfortable dwelling house, a gin house and screw, and other out buildings. Any person wishing a small farm in Troup, would do well to call, as a good bargain can be had. Price and payments to suit the hard times.
