Wife of L. M. Lucas.
Descendant of Richard Respess, as follows:
1. Rufus Rodolphus Phillips (1849-91) m. 1877 Harriet Louise Respess.
2. John Richard Respess (1831-95) m. 1852 Eleanor Respess (1831-85).
3. Nathan Respess (1800-77) m. 1824 Louisa Williams (1810-74) (parents of John).
4. Richard Respess m. 2d 1790 Pheriba Dawson (1767-1835).
Richard Respess (1749-1839) drew land in the lottery of 1827, as a Revolutionary soldier from Upson County, Ga., where he died. He was born in North Carolina.
